LAUNCH AN EGG INTO SPACE!!

“THE INCREDIBLE NOT-SO-EDIBLE EGG”

PLEASE JOIN US IN BUILDING AN EGG LOFTER ROCKET!

WE WILL BE BUILDING A ROCKET THAT CARRIES A RAW EGG AS IT’S PAYLOAD !

This is a 2-day class

Students will construct their rocket, prep them and decorate on DAY ONE (MONDAY)

DAY TWO (TUESDAY) IS OUR  LAUNCH DAY

This Rocket will be launched ONE TIME and the student whose egg is NOT BROKEN

and LANDS CLOSEST TO THE LAUNCHPAD will win first prize!.

There will also be a “GOOD SPORT” PRIZE for the egg that is farthest and broken! 

  TAKE THE CHALLENGE!!!

This Launch will be tons of FUN!  We will supply the eggs, and you will have to name your egg- is he an Egg-stronaut? Or Mr. Egg-citable?

Use your imagination for this fun and exciting class!

OUR STUDENTS LOVE THIS CLASS BECAUSE THE ROCKET IS VERY COOL AND THEY CAN FINALLY SAY THAT THEY SENT AN EGG INTO SPACE!

  MOVE OVER!!  THE BIG OL' FAT BABY BERTHA ROCKET IS COMING TO ACWORTH!

This is one of our favorite rockets to construct and fly because it is so durable and flies extremely high!

Actually, The Big Bertha Rocket was named after a German 
Engineer's wife during WWI.  He  created these HUGE cannons for the German Army.  He named a cannon, "Big Bertha" after his wife, who was a bit on the "chunky" side! Later, Estes created the smaller version that we are constructing and launching at Acworth, the Baby Bertha!

The Flying Saucer Workshop is a 2-day class.   One day is for building, and one day is for launching!
