In the past 50 years since Model Rocketry has become a recognized sport, only 2 incidents have occurred and were the result of extremely Gross Negligence.  We are Chapter 676 of the NAR and follow their strict guidelines.  We have never had any problems.  However, to keep the Lawyers happy, we ask you to please read the following LAUNCH SITE REQUIREMENTS AND LIABILITY INFORMATION

I understand that Liftoff will not be held liable for any loss or damages, including but not limited to special, incidental,  consequential  or other damages.

I understand that the  area we will be launching in (Launch Site) is to be at least the size of a cul-de-sac, clear of any wires, trees and  vehicles.

We ask you to please understand the above statements.  Just like when the students go on a field trip at school, we need to know that you understand and agree with the above.  Thanks!!
