LAUNCH A RAW EGG INTO SPACE! The incredible, not so edible Egg! *THE GREAT EGG CHALLENGE* is rated by our students who have participated in this program as “Awesome and Ultra Cool”! We will be constructing a Large Rocket that holds a RAW EGG which will be sent into Space! The Challlenge, should you choose to accept it, is to have YOUR EGG-STRONAUT land safely, not broken and CLOSEST to the Launch Pad. He who accomplishes this feat, will win a Game Stop Gift Card! If your EGG-STRONAUT is the farthest from the pad you will receive the Good Sport Prize! All our students are Winners whether they win the Challenge or Not! It is just tons of fun and anticipation to see who will make it! WHEN: Class A: Mon March 28 and Launch is on Wed Mar 30 OR Class B: Tues Mar 29 and Launch in on Wed Mar 30 TIME: Upon dismissal until 4:30 Tuition: $49/student Two ways to enroll: 1) You can download the flier, fill out and send with Tuition (made out to LIFTOFF) to the office by Wed March 23 frey_egg_march_2010_rev1.pdf (flier/enrollment form) OR 2) Enroll and pay tuition online. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again! Sept 2010 Join us for our First "ROCKET" Building Classes and Launch at Frey 5,4,3,2,1!!! IT'S ROCKET TIME! The BIG OL' FAT BABY BERTHA ROCKET IS COMING TO FREY! This is one of our favorite rockets to construct and fly because it is so durable and flies extremely high! If you participated in the Flying Saucer Workshop with us last time or you did not , this Beginner's Rocket is one you will love! We have only 40 spots available and will not be bringing this Rocket back to Frey for another 2 years, so if you want to have a BLAST and build and launch a classic rocket please enroll as soon as possible! April 2010 FLYING SAUCERS SIGHTED OVER FREY ELEMENTARY AIRSPACE!! We are so excited to have the opportunity to bring our FLYING SAUCER WORKSHOP to Frey ES. This is a 2-day class On day one, students totally construct and design their flying saucers. Their saucers are then taken back to the Rocket Shop where they are dried. Day two of the class is LAUNCH DAY! Everyone is invited, parents, grandparents, etc. and be sure to bring a chair and a camera! Students will launch their saucers twice, once individually and the second time in a drag race with friends! It is tons of fun! A real BLAST!
